Material Hand Tech Anlin- Receiving Department- 1st Shift

• The Material Handling Technician will safely perform various duties to unload and/or load products for the manufacturing plant.

• Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Promptly unloads trucks, sorts and assist in stocking materials.
• Provide additional support for the entire facility in different departments.
• Assists in staging inventory of materials and/or tools for material handling specialist.
• Reads and understands instructions to assist labeling and in inventory.
• Collaborate with all internal departments to locate packages and complete delivery.
• Engages with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.

• At least 6 months of related experience required.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment and/or tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA and environmental regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of related experience required.
• Basic warehouse operation knowledge preferred.
• Visual alertness to read instructions and operate and inspect equipment.
• Completion of on-the-job training will be required.
• Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
